Our products are respectful of people, the environment, and our customers, from the raw materials used in their manufacture to the manual screen printing with ecological and biodegradable inks we use.

When the package leaves our facilities, we will inform you and provide you with the tracking number so that you can follow its progress. If your order is delayed more than five days from the time you receive our notification, please contact us, so we can find out what happened.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
From BCURIOUS®, we want to promote little actions with a positive impact for our planet. We invite you to break the cycle of "buy and return." Together, we can minimize the number of returns, thus reducing the environmental footprint caused by unnecessary packaging and shipping.
Think responsibly. Act with a conscience.
On the other hand, your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, if the purchase does not make you 100% happy, you can return the items in their original condition and packaging within 15 calendar days of receipt, by following the steps below:
- Request the return by email to info@bcuriousbrand.com, indicating the reason for the return, to help us improve.
- Only items in their original condition, with their original tags, and together with any related accessories, without having been used, washed, or damaged, will be accepted.
- Send the item to the following address, either by courier service or in person: Taller Baobag, C/ de Conca, 13-15, 08026 Barcelona. Shipping costs will be paid for by the customer making the return. Only in the event that the item shipped was defective, Bcurious® will assume the full cost of shipping for an exchange and/or return.
- Once we have received the item and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount by bank transfer. In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs.
